Learn about the science-based practice of mindfulness and how simple exercises can reduce stress and anxiety in our lives. We will learn about the benefits of daily practice and how to use these strategies for wellbeing. The program, presented as part of our series for Mental Health Awareness Month, will include written resources for reference and practice, as well as an opportunity for Q&A. Join us to learn concrete strategies for staying grounded!
