Gatluk Digiew’s memoir, God Threw Me Back tells the true story of his coming of age in the midst of a brutal and chaotic civil war in South Sudan. Gatluk was separated from his family, shot and left for dead, and ultimately forced to flee to a new land in order to find safety. He was able to endure only through an incredible inner strength and faith in the lessons he learned as a boy. Join us to hear Gatluk’s own perspective on his remarkable story.
