Sign up for this ONLY if you have already received notification that you can pick up your items on hold.

After you sign up:

1. You will get an initial email indicating your appointment is pending.

2. A staff member will confirm your items are available and then approve your appointment. You will get a second email indicating your appointment is approved.

3. During your pickup window, go to the designated spaces on the Blanchard Ave side of the library (the side facing the Council on Aging) and call the library to let them know you arrived at 978-671-0948 ext. 3.

4. A staff member, with a mask and gloves, will bring the items out and place them in your trunk. Please have your trunk open.
