Gauge Your Knitting

Want to learn how to knit? Already know some skills, but could use some help or want to further your craft?

Then sign up for our 6-week 'Gauge Your Knitting' series. 

Knowledgeable knitting instructor Ann Marie will lead the group, and help you make fantastic projects.  You can see Anne Marie's blog, Knit 1 Read 2, here.

Participants should bring:

  •     a set of knitting needles (size 7 or 8)
  •     a skein of 4-ply worsted weight yarn
  •     any patterns they are interested in learning how to make (the instructor will have patterns for easy items as well)

This class will meet on Monday mornings for 6 weeks (1/7 - 2/25, skipping 1/21 for Martin Luther King Jr Day, and 2/18 for Washington's Birthday). Signing up for the first session (Jan 7) will register you for all 6 weeks. If you miss the first session(s), and would like to inquire about space availability for later ones, please call the library at 978-671-0948 or e-mail sarchambault@billericalibrary.org.
