Our monthly Memory Cafe, brought to you by the library and COA, is a fun and welcoming hour of entertainment and connection for people living with dementia and their care partners. For this month's cafe, we'll be welcoming music therapist and yoga instructor, Jan Spillane. This class will incorporate healthy exercise for the body and mind, as well as fun classic tunes that will make you want to move and groove!
