"Reading with Rudy" (therapy dog) (ages 5-9)

Come to the library to read to Rudy, a certified reading therapy dog!  Children, ages 5-9, will enjoy one-on-one time reading aloud to this gentle, comforting, 4-year old Black Lab as they practice their fluency and strengthen their confidence in reading.  

Children may bring their own book from home or choose to read one from the library collection.

Online, required registration starts Monday, November 25 at 9:00 a.m. Space is limited.  Please choose one, 15-minute block for your child to read to Rudy.

1:00 - 1:15 p.m., 1:15-1:30 p.m, 1:45-2:00 p.m., 2:00-2:15 p.m.

Capacity: 1 of 1 space available.

Note: Registering more attendees than spaces available will automatically place your attendees on this event's wait list.
