Rise and Shine... It’s Dramatic Yoga Time!

 Dramatic Yoga is a 30-minute adventure where we bring story-telling to life!

Children (along with caregivers)will stretch their minds and bodies through the art of creative movement and yoga sequences. 

Wednesday,  October 9th  from 10-10:30 am 

For children ages 3.5 and up (Children must be accompanied by a caregiver)

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water to each adventure!
