Rise and Shine... It’s Dramatic Yoga Time!

Dramatic Yoga Storytelling with Miss Cindi is back!  If you're looking for a fun way to experience the art of storytelling, then come out of the cold- and let's warm up  together as we enjoy this joyful and creative program!  Dramatic Yoga is a 30-minute adventure for children and their caregivers to bring story-telling to life through creative movement!

This unique storytelling adventure is a fun and immersive way to bring stories to life by using our imagination and even some gentle yoga poses!  Since this program is based on creative storytelling, no yoga/exercise experience or knowledge is ever needed!
