Rise and Shine... It’s Dramatic Yoga Time!

Warm up with Miss Cindi as we enjoy Dramatic Yoga together!  Dramatic Yoga is a 30-minute adventure where we bring story-telling to life!

Children- along with caregivers, will stretch their minds and bodies through the art of creative movement and yoga sequences.

For children ages 3 and up

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water to each story-telling adventure!
