Rise and Shine...It's Dramatic Yoga Time! (with Miss Cindi)

Dramatic Yoga is a 30-minute adventure where we bring story-telling to life!

Children (along with caregivers) will stretch their minds and bodies through the art of creative movement and yoga sequences.

 

*Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water to each adventure!
