Teen Program - In Person - The Art of Decoupage: Create a Comic Book Banner

Help celebrate Free Comic Book Day early this year!  We are creating our version of a comic book banner.  Rip, Paste, Read your way through this program.  Then on the following Saturday, stop by the library to pick out a couple of COMICS TO TAKE HOME absolutely FREE!.  

Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is normally the first Saturday in May.  This year it's celebrated on August 14th.
